THRIFT SHOPPING!

HI! Today was a productive day out thrift shopping. Yes we all know how hard it is to thrift here in Singapore, not like in the US where you can find great deals for just a dollar. The cheapest you can find here would likely cost you at least 4 dollars and they're not the very nice ones.. But that didnt bring me and kitty down. We hunted for treasures at 2 of the very few thrift stores here and i guess we found some pretty pieces we are happy to call our own. hee.

The happiness of making a purchase.

Been shopping my money away recently, i know it's a bad habit but i can't help my urge to just spend. Its really burning a hole in my pocket. But believe me, it has helped me alot in the recent weeks, after all the hell i've been going through in my life. I guess its like a form of escape, something that gives me the power to get what i want? I want that, i get that? Which hasn't been happening in my life lately. I guess that power of getting what i want gives me that second of happiness.

oh well. as they say, fight on.
